At this time, the public is permitted to address the Parks and Community Services Commission
on non-agendized items. The Commission must, however, comply with all State Laws in regard
to items not appearing on the posted agenda. The Commission may respond to statements made
or questions asked, or may•request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the
matter. Any member of the public may contact the Office of the Parks and Community Services
Director related to the proper procedure to place an item on ajuture Parks and Community
Services Commission agenda. The exceptions under which the Parks and Community Services
Commission MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda are
contained in GC 54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3)

7.1 Fallon Sports Park Master Plan—Review of Final Draft
The 2000-2005 Capital Improvement Program includes funding for development of the Master
Plan for the 60+Fallon Sports Park. In March of 2004 Carducci Associates was commissioned to
work with the City Council appointed Task Force to prepare the Fallon Sports Park Master Plan.
The Final Draft Plan is complete and Carducci Associates will be in attendance to present the Plan
to the Commission.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Recommend approval of Final Draft Fallon Sports Park
Master Plan to City Council.
8. NEW BUSINESS
8.1 Fiscal Year 2005-2006 Update to the Capital Improvement Program ,
The City's Five Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is developed for the purpose of
identifying future capital facility needs and resources available to meet those needs. A new Five-
Year Program for Fiscal Year 2004-2005 through Fiscal Year 2008-2009 was adopted last year.
For Fiscal Year 2005-2006, an update to the 2004-2009 CIP has been prepared. The Parks and
Community Services Commission is requested to review the proposed park projects for inclusion
in the CIP.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Confirm project priorities as proposed by Staff or
determine alternate priorities for recommendation to the City Council.
