CALL TO ORDER 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS 3.1 Administration of Oath of Office to newly appointed Commissioner, Olek Pawlowski, by City Clerk 3.2 Presentation from Youth Advisory Committee The Commission will receive a presentation from the members of the outgoing Youth Advisory Committee on the accomplishments of the past year. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive presentation. 3.3 Brief Informational Only Report from Senior Center Advisory Committee 3.4 Public Comments At this time, the public is permitted to address the Parks and Community Services Commission on non-agendized items. The Commission must, however, comply with all State Laws in regard to items not appearing on the posted agenda. The Commission may respond to statements made or questions asked, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Any member of the public may contact the Office of the Parks and Community Services Director related to the proper procedure to place an item on a future Parks and Community Services Commission agenda. The exceptions under which the Parks and Community Services Commission MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in GC54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3) 4. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING—June 16,2003 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve Minutes. 5. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS-None 6. PUBLIC HEARING 6.1 Amendments to Fee Schedules The Commission will consider proposed fee increases for the following programs: playgrounds, preschool,teens, adult sports,youth sports and aquatics. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Conduct Public Hearing and Adopt Resolutions 7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS-None 8. NEW BUSINESS 8.1 Presentation of the City's Online Activity Registration System The Commission will receive a presentation of the City's Online Activity Registration System and a live demonstration of the DublinRecGuide.com website which allows customers to easily register for activities and search for facilities and parks online. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive presentation. 9. OTHER BUSINESS 9.1 Brief Informational Only Reports from Commissioners and/or Staff 10.
