ORAL COMMUNICATIONS At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Parks and Recreation Commission on any item which is not on the Agenda. Comments should not exceed 5 minutes . If any person feels that this is not sufficient time to address their concern, that person should arrange with the Recreation Director to have their particular concern placed on the agenda for a future meeting. 4 . MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING - SEPTEMBER 241 1991 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve 5 . WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS - NONE 6 . NEW BUSINESS 6 . 1 Summer Quarter 1991 Recreation Report Staff has prepared a summary of the activities of the Recreation Department during the Summer quarter during the months of June, July and August 1991 . STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive Report 6 . 2 Adult Basketball Program For the second consecutive year the Recreation Department will sponsor adult basketball programs utilizing facilities at Dublin High School and Wells Middle School . The leagues are scheduled to begin the week of November 11 , 1991 . Open gyms will also be available. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive Report 6 . 3 Review of Use Policies for City Facilities The Commissioin will undertake the review of the use policies for various City facilities.
