At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Parks and
Community Services Commission on items of interest to the public, however, in
accordance with GC 54954.2, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shall take place on any item
which is NOT on the Agenda. The Commission may respond briefly to statements made
or questions posed, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting
concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of the Commission may direct Staff to
place a matter of business on a future agenda. Any person may arrange with the
Parks and Community Services Director (no later than 11 a.m. , on the Tuesday
preceding a regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the agenda for the
next regular meeting. The exceptions under which the Commission MAY discuss and/or
take action on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in GC
54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3).

8.1 Proposed Volunteer Projects by Dublin Little League at the Dublin
Sports Grounds
Dublin Little League has requested to undertake several volunteer
projects at the Dublin Sports Grounds.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: 1) REVIEW AND PRIORITIZE THE PROPOSED PROJECTS
SUBMITTED BY DUBLIN LITTLE LEAGUE; FORWARD THE PROJECTS TO THE
CITY COUNCIL FOR FINAL APPROVAL. 2) GIVE CONCEPTUAL APPROVAL OF THE
OFFER FROM DUBLIN LITTLE LEAGUE RELATED TO THE DRINKING FOUNTAINS;
FORWARD THE OFFER TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR FINAL APPROVAL.
8.2 13th Annual St. Patrick's Day Celebration
Staff has summarized the components of the 13th Annual St. Patrick's
Day Celebration for the Commissions review and input.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: PROVIDE INPUT ON THE PARADE ROUTE, THE
COMMUNITY CELEBRATION AND THE PARTICIPATION OF BUSINESSES.
8.3 Summer 1995 Ouarterly Report
Staff has summarized the activities and programs conducted by the
Parks and Community Services Department offered during the Summer
Quarter, encompassing the months of June, July and August.

8.4 Summer 1995 Aquatics Report
Staff has prepared a report summarizing the 1995 Summer Aquatics
programs.

8.5 Annual California and Pacific Southwest Recreation and Park Conference
The Annual California and Pacific Southwest Recreation and Park
Conference is to be held February 8-11, 1996 in San Diego, California.

COMMISSION AT THE CONFERENCE
