ORAL COMMUNICATIONS' At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Parks and Community Services Commission on items of interest to the public, however, in accordance. with GC54954.2, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shall take place on any item which is NOT on the Parks and Community Services Commission Agenda. The Commission may respond briefly to statements made or questions posed, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting- concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of the Commission may direct Staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda. Any person may arrange with the Director (no later than lla.m., on the Wednesday preceding a regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting. The exceptions under which the Parks and Community Services Commission MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda, are contained in GC54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3). 4. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING - NOVEMBER 8, 1994 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE 5. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS - NONE • 6. PUBLIC HEARING 6.1 St. Patrick's Day Celebration Staff is recommending an increase in fees for; 1) non-profit & commercial food booths and for product sales by commercial groups, 2) a 15% increase in fees for non-resident participants, and 3) an increase in the fees for arts and crafts vendors along with a 15% increase to non-resident participants. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: 1. OPEN PUBLIC HEARING 2. RECEIVE STAFF PRESENTATION - 3. RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENTS 4. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING 5. DELIBERATE 6. ADOPT RESOLUTION 6.2 Adult Sports Programs Fee Schedule Staff is recommending adjustments to the Adult Sports Program Fee Schedule. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: 1. OPEN PUBLIC HEARING 2. NEW BUSINESS 8.1 Election of.•Officers In accordance with the Bylaws and Rules of Procedure for the Parks and Community Services Commission, in December each year the Commission is to elect a Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson to serve for the next 12 months.
