CALL TO ORDER 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS 3.1 Public Comments At this time, the public is permitted to address the Youth Advisory Committee on non-agendized items. The Committee must, however, comply with ail State Laws in regard to items not appearing on the posted agenda. The Committee may respond to statements made or questions asked, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Any member of the public may contact the Parks and Community Services Department related to the proper procedure to place an item on a future Youth Advisory Committee agenda. The exceptions under which the Youth Advisory Committee MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in GC 54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3). 4. MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING—November 19, 2014 STAFF RECOMMENDATION:Approve Minutes. 5. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS-None 6. UNFINISHED BUSINE55-None 7. NEW BUSINESS 7.1 Live Healthy Dublin-"ACTIV-8 Challenge" The Advisory Committee shall receive a report on the components of the "ACTIV-S Challenge." STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive report. 7.2 Tri-Valley Teen and Career Job Fair The Advisory Committee shall receive a report on the Tri-Valley Teen and Career Job Fair being held on March 7, 2015. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive report. 7.3 St. Patrick's Day Festival Youth Advisory Committee Booth The Advisory Committee shall receive a report on the St. Patrick's Day Festival Youth Advisory Committee Booth. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Create a St. Patrick's Day Festival Booth Volunteer Operation Schedule. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 8.1 Brief Informational Only Reports from Advisorv Committee Members Subcommittees, and/or Staff and Reports by Advisory Committee related to Meetings Attended at Citv Expense (AB 1234). 9.
