At this time,the pubiic is permitted to address the Youth Advisory Committee on non-agendized items. The Committee

respond to statements made or questions asked,or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the

4. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING
4.1 Minutes of the November 16,2016 Special Meeting
The Committee will consider approval of the minutes of the November 16, 2016 Special Meeting.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the minutes of the November 16, 2016 Special Meeting.

7. NEW BUSINESS
7.1 Youth Advisory Committee Mini Grant Program Applicant Presentations
The Advisory Committee will receive presentations from Youth Advisory Committee Mini Grant
Program applicants.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Receive applicant presentations, deliberate, and approve the amount of funding to be awarded to
each applicant.
8. OTHER BUSINESS— Brief INFORMATION ONLY reports fr�m Advisory Committee Members and/or Staff,
including Reports by Advisory Committee related to Meetings Attended at City Expense (AB 1234).
9. ADJOURNMENT
