REGULAR .MEETING

3.1 PUBLIC COMMENTS
At this time, the public is permitted to address the Dublin Senior Center Advisory Committee on non-
agendized items. The Committee must, however, comply with all State Laws in regard to items not appearing
on the posted agenda. The Committee may respond to statements made or questions asked, or may request
Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Any member of the public may contact the
Office of the Dublin Senior Center Director related to the proper procedure to place an item on a future
Dublin Senior Center Advisory Committee agenda. The exceptions under which the Dublin Senior Center
Advisory Committee MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in
GC 54954.2(b)(I)(2)(3).

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve Minutes.

8. NEW BUSINESS
8.1 2004 FALL QUARTERLY REPORT
Staff will give a summary of the attendance and programs and services offered at the Dublin Senior
Center during the Fall 2004 quarter.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive report.
8.2 SENIOR CENTER LUNCH PROGRAM MENU AND FORMAT
There has been a decline in attendance at the Senior Center Lunch Program. Staff is reviewing the
program to ensure the menu and format continues to meet the needs of customers. Staff will
• survey the Committee for recommendations to improve attendance at the Lunch Program.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive report and provide input on the Lunch Program menu and
format.
8.3 DUBLIN SENIOR CENTER STRATEGIC PLAN
Over the next several months, Staff will establish a Strategic Plan for the Dublin Senior Center.
The Strategic Plan will provide a focused framework and strategies for expanding and enhancing
programs and services at the Senior Center.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive report; recommend a final version of the Vision,
Mission and Values Statement; and,provide input on key trends and opportunities.

9.1 BRIEF INFORMATIONAL ONLY REPORTS FROM THE DUBLIN SENIOR
FOUNDATION, PARKS AND COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION LIAISON,
ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND/OR STAFF
