Ma 3, 2012, 9:30 A.M. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS 3.1 PUBLIC COMMENTS At this time, the public is permitted to address the Dublin Senior Center Advisory Committee on non- agendized items. The Committee must, however, comply with all State Laws in regard to items not appearing on the posted agenda. The Committee may respond to statements made or questions asked, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Any member of the public may contact the Office of the Dublin Senior Center Director related to the proper procedure to place an item on a future Dublin Senior Center Advisory Committee agenda. The exceptions under which the Dublin Senior Center Advisory Committee MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in GC 54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3). 4. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING -April 5, 2012 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve Minutes 5. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS -None 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 6.1 SENIOR CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE STRATEGIG GOALS AND OBJECTIVES The Subcommittees will give their recommendations on how they would like to help Staff accomplish the 2012 Strategic Goals and Objectives. RECOMMENDATION: Receive the report and determine which strategic objective(s) to focus on for the remainder of 2012. 7. NEW BUSINESS 7.1 2~D ANNUAL ALL-AMERICA CAR SHOW Staff will provide an overview of 2°d Annual "All-America" Car Show, and will request feedback from the Senior Center Advisory Committee. RECOMMENDATION: Receive report and provide input on the event. 7.2 SPECTRUM COMMUNITY SERVICES LUNCH PROGRAM AND SURVEY Staff will give a background of the Spectrum Community Services Lunch Program and share the results of SCS 2012 Dining Site Meals Program Satisfaction Survey. RECOMMENDATION: Receive report and provide input. OTHER BUSINESS BRIEF INFORMATIONAL ONLY REPORTS FROM THE DUBLIN SENIOR FOUNDATION, PARKS AND COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION LIAISON, ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND SUBCOMMITTEES, AND/OR STAFF AND REPORTS BY COMMITTEE MEMBERS RELATED TO MEETINGS ATTENDED AT CITY EXPENSE (AB1234). 9.
