ORAL COMMUNICATIONS 3.1 PRESENTATION BY CITY HISTORIAN GEORGEAN VONHEEDER-LEOPOLD 3.2 PUBLIC COMMENTS At this time, the public is permitted to address the Dublin Senior Center Advisory Committee on non- agendized items. The Committee must,however, comply with all State Laws in regard to items not appearing on the posted agenda. The Committee may respond.to statements made or questions asked, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Any member of the public may contact the Office of the Dublin Senior Center Director related to the proper procedure to place an item on a future Dublin Senior Center Advisory Committee agenda. The exceptions under which the Dublin Senior Center Advisory Committee MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in GC 54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3). • 4. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING-April 1,2010 • STAFF RECOMMENDATION:Approve Minutes. - 5. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS-None 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS-None 7. NEW BUSINESS • 7.1 2010 WINTER QUARTERLY REPORT Staff will summarize the activities offered from December 2009 through February 2010. • RECOMMENDATION: Receive Report. 7.2 MARKETING BROCHURE Staff will present a tri-fold brochure developed for the Advisory Committee, Ambassadors, and Greeters to help promote the Dublin Senior Center. RECOMMENDATION: Receive report and provide input. 7.3 FISCAL YEAR 2010-2011 BUDGET REDUCTIONS Staff will report on the budget reductions planned for next Fiscal Year. • RECOMMENDATION: Receive report. 7.4 SUBCOMMITTEE FOR ADVISORY COMMITTEE ANNUAL REPORT • The Advisory Committee will appoint a subcommittee to work with Staff on the development of an Annual Report to present to the Parks and Community Services Commission and City Council. RECOMMENDATION: Receive report and appoint subcommittee. ti 8. OTHER BUSINESS .1 • BRIEF INFORMATIONAL ONLY REPORTS FROM THE DUBLIN SENIOR FOUNDATION, PARKS AND COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION LIAISON, ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND SUBCOMMITTEES, AND/OR STAFF AND REPORTS BY COMMITTEE MEMBERS RELATED TO MEETINGS ATTENDED AT CITY EXPENSE(AB1234). 9.
