3.1 PUBLIC COMMENTS
At this time, the public is permitted to address the Dublin Senior Center Advisory Committee on non-
agendized items. The Committee must, however, comply with all State Laws in egard to items not appearing
on the posted agenda. The Committee may respond to statements made or qu stions asked, or may request
Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Any member f the public may contact the
Office of the Dublin Senior Center Director relating to the proper procedure placing an item on a future
Dublin Senior Center Advisory Committee agenda. The exceptions under which the Dublin Senior Center
Advisory Committee MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in
GC 54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3).

7. NEW BUSINESS
7.1 PICNIC IN THE PARK EVALUATION
Staff will provide an overview of the Picnic in the Park and request fgedback from the Advisory
Committee for future planning purposes.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive report and provide input on the event.
7.2 2011 SPRING QUARTERLY REPORT
Staff will report on activities and attendance at the Senior Center during ?he spring 2011 quarter.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive report.
7.3 ADVISORY COMMITTEE SUBCOMMITTEES
The Senior Center Advisory Committee established several subcommitt s to accomplish strategic
objectives during the current two-year term. Subcommittees will provi a informational reports to
the Advisory Committee on any progress since the last meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive reports from subcommittees.
8. OTHER BUSINESS
BRIEF INFORMATIONAL ONLY REPORTS FROM THE DUBLIN S NIOR FOUNDATION,
PARKS AND COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION LIAISON, AD SORY COMMITTEE
MEMBERS AND SUBCOMMITTEES, AND/OR STAFF AND REPO TS BY COMMITTEE
MEMBERS RELATED TO MEETINGS ATTENDED AT CITY EXPENS (AB1234).
9. ADJOURNMENT
