  MEMORANDUM
LIFOR
DATE: October 28, 2005
TO: Senior Center Advisory Committee Members
FROM: Paul McCreary, Parks and Community Services Manager
SUBJECT: Minutes from October 6 Advisory Committee Meeting
Attached is your agenda packet for the November 3 Advisory Committee meeting. As you will note on
the Agenda there are no minutes included for approval.
Before Anna left for her vacation, she and I did not have an opportunity to review the minutes from
October 6 together. As many of you are aware there have been some concerns raised with the draft
minutes that were distributed. Since I was not in attendance at the meeting, and the cassette tape ran out
before the end of the meeting, I am waiting for Anna to return from her vacation to review and finalize
the minutes. They will be included with the agenda for the December 1 meeting.
Thank you for your patience.
