3.1 PUBLIC COMMENTS
At this time, the public is permitted to address the Advisory Committee on non-agendized items. The •
Committee must, however, comply with all State Laws in regard to items not appearing on the posted
agenda. The Committee may respond to statements made or questions asked, or may request Staff to report
back at a future meeting on the matter. Any member of the public may contact the Office of the Dublin
Senior Center Director relating to the proper procedure of placing an item on a future Advisory Committee
agenda. The exceptions under which the Dublin Senior Center Advisory Committee MAY discuss and/or take
action on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in GC 54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3).

RECOMMENDATION: Approve minutes.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve minutes.

7. NEW BUSINESS
7.1 2011 SUMMER QUARTERLY REPORT
The Advisory Committee will receive a report about the activities and attendance at the Senior
Center during the summer 2011 quarter.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive report.
7.2 OVERVIEW OF THE HOMETOWN HEROES EVENT
The Advisory Committee will receive an update on the Hometown Heroes event.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive report.

Brief informational only reports from the Dublin Senior Foundation, parks and community services
commission liaison, Advisory Committee members and subcommittees, and/or Staff and reports by
Committee members related to meetings attended at city expense(AB1234).
