PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Applicant requests approval of a Tentative Map to subdivide the Iron Horse Trail Apartments and
create 177 condominium units. A condominium unit is defined as an estate in real property consisting of
an undivided interest in the common area and separate fee interest in a specific unit. This item was
noticed as a public hearing; however, an application for Site Development Review needs to be submitted
and processed along with the proposed map. Therefore, the Applicant is requesting that this item be
continued to a date uncertain.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission: 1) Open public hearing and hear a Staff presentation;
and 2) Continue the item to a date uncertain.

from environmental review. Section 15301(k) exempts the
division of existing multiple family residences into common-
interest ownership where no physical changes occur which
are not otherwise exempt. Therefore, the project is
considered categorically exempt from the provisions of
CEQA pursuant to Section 15301(k) of the State CEQA
Guidelines.
