Continue to a date uncertain PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Applicant requests approval of a Tentative Map to subdivide the Iron Horse Trail Apartments and create 177 condominium units. A condominium unit is defined as an estate in real property consisting of an undivided interest in the common area and separate fee interest in a specific unit. This item was noticed as a public hearing; however, an application for Site Development Review needs to be submitted and processed along with the proposed map. Therefore, the Applicant is requesting that this item be continued to a date uncertain. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission: 1) Open public hearing and hear a Staff presentation; and 2) Continue the item to a date uncertain. Section 15301(k) exempts the division of existing multiple family residences into common- interest ownership where no physical changes occur which are not otherwise exempt.
