A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Planning Commission was held on Tuesday, November
9, 2021, in the Council Chambers. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by
Commission Chair Benson.

Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, introduced Amy Million,
Principal Planner.
Ms. Million provided a presentation on East Ranch project and responded to questions.
Pamela Salas Nieting, Director of Community Development for Trumark Homes,
provided a presentation and responded to questions.
Garrett Hinds, Vice President of Architecture for Trumark Homes, gave a presentation
and responded to questions.
Commission Chairperson Benson opened the public hearing and asked if there were
any public comments.
Janeen Rubino Brumm (Sunflower Hill) provided public comment.
Andrea Osgood (Eden Housing) provided public comment.
Mike Grant provided public comment.
Angel Torralba provided public comment.
Arun Chaktaa provided public comment.
Sandhya Rani provided public comment.
Larisa Gorokhova provided public comment.
Eric Haar provided public comment.
John Dalrymple provided public comment.
Shirley Lewandowski provided public comment.

Commission Chairperson Benson closed the public hearing.
The Planning Commission provided comments on the East Ranch project.

On a motion by Commissioner Thalblum, seconded by Commissioner Grier the
Planning Commission approved staff’s recommendation.
