RESOLUTION NO. 03 - 22
APPROVING FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE MINI GRANT
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City received five applications for the Fiscal Year 2021-22
Youth Advisory Committee Mini Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the total amount of funding requested exceeds funding availability;
and
WHEREAS, funding sources for the Mini Grant Program are provided for in the
adopted City of Dublin General Fund Budget; and
WHEREAS, on November 17, 2021, the Youth Advisory Committee recommended
five youth organizations/clubs to receive grant funding through the Mini Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, on December 20, 2021, the Parks and Community Services Commission
reviewed the Youth Advisory Committee’s funding allocations to five youth organizations/
clubs; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Community Services Commission has provided the City
Council with funding recommendations for the Fiscal Year 2021-22 Mini Grant Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dublin does
hereby approve the Youth Advisory Committee Mini Grant Program funding allocation for Fiscal
Year 2021-22 as follows:
