REGULAR MEETING 7:00 PM 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS 2.1. Public Comment At this time, the public is permitted to address the Planning Commission on non-agendized items. Please step to the podium and clearly state your name for the record. COMMENTS SHOULD NOT EXCEED THREE (3) MINUTES. In accordance with State Law, no action or discussion may take place on any item not appearing on the posted agenda. The Planning Commission may respond to statements made or questions asked, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting conc erning the matter. Any member of the public may contact the Recording Secretary’s Office related to the proper procedure to place an item on a future Planning Commission agenda. The exceptions under which the Planning Commission MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in Government Code Section 54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3). 2.2. Election of Officers for Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson. 3. CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are typically non-controversial in nature and are considered for approval by the Planning Commission with one single action. Members of the audience, Staff or the Planning Commission who would like an item removed from the Consent Calendar for purposes of public input may request the Chair to remove the item. 3.1. Approval of the December 10, 2019 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes Draft Minutes of the December 10, 2019 Planning Commission Meeting. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Minutes of the December 10, 2019 Planning Commission Meeting. 4. WRITTEN COMMUNICATION - NONE. 5. PUBLIC HEARING 5.1. PUBLIC HEARING: Randeri Commercial Building (PLPA-2018-00007) The Applicant and Property Owner, Chetan Randeri, has requested approval of a Site Development Review Permit for the construction of a 3,578-square-foot multi-tenant commercial building and related site improvements on a vacant property located at 7400 Amador Valley Boulevard. The proposal includes the one-story commercial building, sidewalk and frontage improvements, landscaping and a parking area at the January 28, 2020 Dublin Planning Commission Agenda Page 2 of 2 rear of the parcel. It is anticipated that the three tenant spaces will be occupied with a mix of office and retail uses. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Conduct the public hearing, deliberate and adopt a Resolution approving a Site Development Review Permit for the construction of a 3,578-square-foot commercial building and related site improvements at 7400 Amador Valley Boulevard. 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS - NONE. 7. NEW BUSINESS 7.1. At Dublin Project (PLPA-2017-00061) The Planning Commission will receive an overview of the revised At Dublin project. The original project included the development of up to 665 residential units comprised of apartments, townhomes and detached small-lot single family homes, up to 400,500 square feet of retail commercial space, and a public park. The revised project includes development of up to 566 residential units comprised of apartments, detached small-lot single-family homes and 55 and older age restricted single-family homes, and up to 240,000 square feet of retail commercial space. No action will be taken or approvals granted for the project at this meeting. A future public hearing will be scheduled for the Planning Commission to formally consider the project and a public notice will be provided. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive presentations from Staff and the Applicant. 8. OTHER BUSINESS Brief information only reports from Planning Commission and/or Staff, including committee reports and reports by Planning Commission related to meetings attended at City expense (AB1234). 9.
