FINANCIAL STATEMENT:
The cost of plan checking and inspection is paid by
the developer. There are no public streets located
within this Parcel Map.
DESCRIPTION: This item was not originally scheduled for the
February 24th agenda; however, because of tax consequences if the map is recorded
after the first of the new tax year (March 1st), the developer has requested that
the Parcel Map be approved at this meeting.
Parcel Map 6097 is a resubdivision of Parcel B of Parcel Map 3558, the property on
the south side of Dublin Court which is owned by the Ozzie Davis family. Office
Club occupies Parcell of the proposed Parcel Map 6097. Parcel 2, which is adjacent
to the end of Dublin Court, is currently vacant.
Parcel Maps do not typically come before the City Council except when dedications
are involved, but, rather, are approved by the City Engineer. This Parcel Map
offers Public Utility, Water Line, and Storm Drain Easements which are proposed to
be accepted.
Staff recommends that the City Council (1) approve addition of this item to the
February 24, 1992, agenda and (2) adopt the resolution approving Parcel Map 6097.

RESOLUTION NO. -92
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
APPROVING PARCEL MAP 6097
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 6097, in the incorporated territory of the City
of Dublin, State of California, has been presented to this City Council for
approval, all in accordance with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the
State of California and the City of Dublin Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map is in conformance with the Tentative Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Parcel Map No. 6097 be and the
same is hereby approved; and that those strips of land designated as "P.U.E." or
"Public Utility Easement," "W.L.E." or "Water Line Easement," and "S.D.E." or "Storm
Drain Easement" as offered for dedication to public use in conformity with the terms
of dedication be, and they are hereby accepted; and that the Clerk of this City
Council be and is hereby directed to transmit said Map to the County Recorder for
filing.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February, 1992.
