as their City Traffic Engineer. In this capacity, TJKM handles all traffic related
work for the City. Enclosed is a copy of that contract.
The City of Dublin, through TJKM, is in the process of designing an interconnect
system for all signals on Dublin Boulevard between Dougherty Road and San
Ramon Boulevard. The City is planning to have the system installed by
February, 1987. It would be designed so that all City signals could eventually
connect to it. The master controller would be located on the southwest corner of
Sierra Court which is immediately adjacent to the future Civic Center site.
