HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 103-86 CityRecordsDestroyRESOLUTION NO.103- 86 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF CITY RECORDS RELATED TO APRIL 1984 ELECTION WHEREAS, Government Code Section 34090 and Election Code Section 17133 address the provisions for destruction of City records; and WHEREAS, the following items have been kept in excess of the required retention schedule; and WHEREAS, the following items are no longer required: 1984 City Council Election Voted Ballots Election Supplies o Precinct Board Tally Sheets o Roster of Voters o Index/Voting Record o Challenge List o Assisted Voters List o Affidavit of Persons Assisting Voters o Unvoted Ballots (spoiled, cancelled, unused) WHEREAS, the required written consent by the City Attorney is attached. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dublin hereby authorizes the destruction of said records by the City Clerk. 1986.
