In October 2019, the City Council approved an agreement with Group 4 Architecture Research and

encompassing roughly 13,500 square feet, into a Cultural Arts Center. The new facility will include
a black box theater as well as several program spaces, including a dance and fitness studio, an arts
and crafts room, a music studio, and an art yard.
On May 19, 2020, the City Council approved the schematic design of the proposed Cultural Arts
