Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City of Dublin City Council will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, regarding: 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegience 2. Eastern Dublin Specific Plan, Review of Remaining Non -Vested Residential Development Sites On March 17, 2015, at the request of the City Council, Staff presented an informational report on the status of planned residential development under the Dublin General Plan. The report included the number of residential units remaining to be constructed City-wide and identified the units that are vested under existing development agreements and/or vesting tentative maps or are otherwise obligated in the Dublin General Plan Housing Element in order for the City to achieve the regional housing needs allocation. At the request of the City Council, Staff returned on May 5, 2015 with an informational report that focused on remaining development sites within the Eastern Dublin Specific Plan area. The discussion included non -vested residential development sites; non-residential development sites; existing open spaces lands; and, options to address future residential development. At the request of the City Council, Staff has prepared an informational report that provides a comparison between current development assumptions and the minimum permitted density for each of the 11 non -vested residential sites within the Eastern Dublin Specific Plan area. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the Staff presentation and provide feedback and potential direction as appropriate 3.
