A Joint Meeting of the City of Dublin, City of Livermore, and City of Pleasanton Human
Services Commission was held on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, in the Remillard
Room and the City of Pleasanton Operation Services Building. The meeting was called
to order at 7:04 p.m., by Joe Carlucci, Chair of the Pleasanton Human Services
Commission.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by City of Pleasanton Commission Chair Joe
Carlucci and recited by the Commission and Staff.

attendance. A quorum was not present, and these members relocated to the audience.

4. Workshop – Eastern Alameda County Human Services Needs Assessment Update
Staff from the City’s of Dublin and Pleasanton gave a brief updated on the Human
Services Needs Assessment that is being done in collaboration by the City’s of Dublin,
Pleasanton and Livermore.
Staff from JSI Research and Training Institute, the consultant leading the project,
provided a presentation to the Commissioners. The presentation included a timeline,
details on the process and approach, scope of work, and deliverables. Questions were
then posed to the Commissioners, followed by discussion and deliberation.
Feedback was provided to Staff and the Consultant, but no formal action was taken.
5. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 8:44 p.m.
