November 16, 2022, at the Dublin Senior Center. The meeting was called to order at 7:00

4.1 2023 Dublin Benefit Concert Ad -Hoc Committee Updates and Discussion
Liz Elliott, Recreation Supervisor, gave a report about the upcoming 2023 Dublin
Benefit Concert and when the ad hoc Committee will have its first meeting.
The Committee received the report.
S. New Business
S.I Youth Mini Grant Presentations
Youth Mini -Grant applicants made presentations to the Committee.
The Committee rated applicant presentations and recommended the following funding
awards:
1. DubMed - $200
2. Gardeners of the Galaxy - $1,500
3. Student Health Advocates for a Positive Environment (SHAPE) - $450
4. Teens Unite for Education - $350
Total - $2,500

6. Other Business
Liz Elliott, Recreation Supervisor, discussed the Youth Mental Health Forum on
Thursday, November 17, 2022, reminding the Committee what time to be there.
Committee Member Senthilkumar spoke about last year's Youth Mental Health Forum
and explained what to expect, who the panelists will be, and what the process of the
night's events will include.
Committee Member Santos spoke about attending the library keychain event and how
much fun it was.
Liz Elliott, Recreation Supervisor, reminded the Committee about the Holiday Tree
Lighting event on Thursday, December 1, 2022. She also spoke about attending and
presenting at the California Parks and Recreation Society (CPRS) Fall Forum event in
Elk Grove on November 3, 2022.
7. Adiournment
Chairperson Maskey adjourned the meeting at 8:45 PM.
