A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Planning Commission was held on Tuesday,March 14,
2023. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Commission Chair Grier.

6.1 East Ranch Site Development Review (PLPA 2022-00018)
Jeff Baker, Community Development Director, introduced Amy Million, Principal
Planner.
Amy Million, Principal Planner, gave a presentation and responded to questions.
The Applicant’s representative, Martin Inderbitzen, talked about the project and
responded to questions.
Commission Chairperson Tyler opened the public hearing.
Chair Tyler asked if there were any public speakers. Upon receiving no public comment,
Chair Tyler closed the public hearing.
On a motion by Commissioner Thalblum, seconded by Commissioner Grier and by a vote
of 5-0, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 23-02 “Recommending that the
City Council Adopt a Resolution Approving a Site Development Review Permit for the
East Ranch Project.”

MARCH 14, 2023
Jeff Baker, Community Development Director, informed the Planning Commissioners
that the next meeting scheduled for February 28 will be cancelled. Commissioner Aini
asked for an update on the Housing Element Update. Mr. Baker provided a brief update
on the status and that Staff has resubmitted to the California Department of Housing
and Community Development for review.
10. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned by Commission Chairperson Tyler at 7:51 p.m.
