Exhaust Fans: New exhaust fans shall be installed in each bathroom. A total of four new exhaust fans shall be installed. Estimated cost: $1,600. B. Office A/C: A new factory retrofit, or approved equal cooling coil shall be installed with 2-1/2 ton nominal capacity in the existing unit heater. The new cooling section shall be no more than 16" tall, and. shall fit underneath the existing unit, which shall be relocated to accommodate the new cooling section. The fan speed shall be increased, and if necessary, the motor changed out, to accom¡nodate the new coil. A compressor/condenser shall be mounted on an equipment pad on the north side of the building. Estimated cost: $3,800. C. Close off Lobby Registers: The two lobby grills Shall be closed off.
