RECOMMENDATON:
1. Continue the public hearing to September 13, 2005.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The applicant is proposing 1, III units of medium density residential on 105 acres, located between
Dublin Boulevard and Gleason Drive - north of 1-580 and east of Tassajara Road, 10 individual
residential neighborhoods, a 2.0-acre site for a Neighborhood Square, a 5.0-acre site for a Neighborhood
Park, a 10.0-acre site for an elementary school, and 2 private recreation centers. A Site Development
Review is being proposed for the development of the neighborhoods and the Streetscape, an overall
Vesting Tentative Tract Map for the site and individual Vesting Tentative Tract Maps for the 10
neighborhoods (for condominium purposes) and a Stage 2 Planned Development to establish
development standards.
A continuance is requested in order to address unresolved issues.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staffrecommends that the Planning Commission take the following action:
1. Continue the public hearing to September 13, 2005.
